Finley Jordan was born on October 31, 2003 to nobel prize winning biologist, Jeremiah James Jordan, and his wife, actress and model, Liberty Anne Jordan. The unlikely couple met in their youth and eventually parted ways. Both were career oriented and didn't want to give up their dreams at any cost. But somewhere down the road the couple reunited, both successful in their chosen fields, and they managed to work it out. Two years after they were married the young couple welcomed Finley into their lives. Because Jeremiah was able to work for him, he spent a lot of time taking care of the baby while Libby was filming but in her down time she too spent all of her time in the upper east side Manhattan home. The couple were very happy with their lives and all seemed to be going well.
However, all did not remain well as fate interceded. The morning that Finley Jordan became an orphan was a cold and rainy morning, much like the morning of his birth. The boy was just four years old and already showing the same sort of aptitude for learning that his father had as a child. Together they were sitting in the living room playing with blocks when tragedy struck. Jeremiah was well known for experimenting with the virus that was slowly infecting the United States and a fanatical group firebombed his house. JJ was able to get the child out of the house but when he ran inside again to save his wife the roof collapsed and the two were trapped inside. When the firefighters finally arrived they found Finley sitting in the yard waiting for his parents to come back out. They never did.
The next several years were spent in and out of foster homes. Shuffled through the system to one home after the next, always turned away for adoption on account of the fact that they quickly realized what Finley was capable of. The boy had been infected with the virus that his father had tried to study so carefully and he was capable of extraordinary things. Several times he changed his shape to run away and eventually it worked out for him. Taking refuge in the streets of New York City, doing anything he could to get a few dollars. Eventually he settled on turning tricks because it was the only way he could make enough money to live. However he turned his small business into something that made him quite a bit of money. As a boy who was capable of shifting his shape into anything, he made a killing transforming himself into the object of his client's desire.
Now, at eighteen, Finley is living fairly well in an apartment in New York. He has a small dog that is his ownly family and a stray cat that sort of just made itself home in his apartment. He still turns tricks but he only services the most high end clients. Both mutants and humans alike make their way to New York to spend the night in his bed. It's left him slightly jaded, though never ashamed. |

Finley is a fairly quiet sort of guy. He is by no means shy but he tends not to say anything or strike up a conversation with someone unless he knows them or at least has a very good reason to. Because of this he can come off as a little snobby or even arrogant, when really he just likes to keep to himself. For the most part he is a very calm sort of guy, but once someone sets him off it can be difficult for him to get himself back under control.
habits & quirks → Finley has a terrible habit of putting things into his mouth. If he's writing he'll chew on the end of a pen. If he's reading he'll chew on his thumb nail. He doesn't even realize he's doing it, it just happens.

Finley is a short boy, standing at barely five feet and five inches. He has a mop of black hair that he often let's grow shaggy just because he never feels like getting it cut. His eyes are dark brown and slightly too big for his face and it gives him a very boyish appearance. It is one of the things that his clients enjoy about him. Finley has a very eclectic style but it can also be very lazy. More often than not the boy can be seen sporting a t-shirt and vintage vest, along with a pair of jeans and one of his many pairs of chuck taylor tennis shoes. When the mood strikes him he will go as far as to wear a jacket or even a dress shirt and a tie, but generally he sticks to his t-shirts and vests. He also has a habit of wearing cheap plastic sunglasses, just because he doesn't like people looking him in the eye.
